Sounds too good to be true, right? Don’t worry, we got you covered.

At THERE YOU GLOWW, we encourage our affiliates (“Gloffiliates”) to sell their excess beauty spoils before they expire.

What Can You Sell?

We accept authentic new and pre-owned premium skincare, makeup, and haircare products, which are unused or lightly used. We accept fragrances provided there is a legible receipt sent along with the product.

Please note that we do not accept any drugstore brands.



What are the Selling Conditions?

All items must be authentic, and in a condition to sell. They must
(i) be non-expired;
(ii) have at least 50% of the original product remaining;
(iii) the exterior container should not be damaged, and the product(s) must also have fully functional hinges/closures, with no major scratches, cracks or dents; and
(iv) the product(s) must have legible product information;

Please note that the product(s) you wish to sell must be accompanied with a legible proof of purchase, or must have the batch code printed on them.



What’s the batch code, & where is it?

The batch code is an identification code that may contain the manufacturing code, production date, or other information regarding the product. It consists of numbers and letters, and is usually located:
(i) At the bottom of the product; or
(ii) Printed on the outer packaging of the product; or
(iii) ink-stamped on the product



Which products are not accepted?

We do not accept:
(i) any drugstore brands;
(ii) any items with reusable applicators including but not limited to lip gloss, liquid lipstick, etc.;
(iii) any products sold in wide mouthed containers;
(iv) kajal, eyeliners, mascaras, etc.;
(v) any nail products; and
(vi) any product that was specifically for a sample purpose only.

How to become our GLOffiliate

Fill our Seller Form

The Seller Form needs to be filled in detail with accurate information and videos of the product(s) you wish to sell to avoid rejection due to specification differences.

Tentative Offer

Based on our set parameters and the Seller Form, we will e-mail you a tentative offer, which you may accept or reject.

Shipping your products

If you accept our tentative offer, proceed to safely pack your product(s) adhering to our packaging guidelines. You may either ship the package to our warehouse, or we can arrange a pickup for your product.

Product Assessment

Once we receive your package, our team will analyse the product(s) for brand, retail price, condition, time until expiration, and level of use, as well as match the description provided in the Seller Form.

Listing your products

Once the evaluation is completed, our team will list your product(s) on our website.

Product Sold

Once an order has been placed for your product(s), our team will inform you of the same, and request you for your bank account details.

Final Payment

After the product has been delivered to the final customer, our team will transfer the amount to your specified account, which should reflect in 48-72 hours.

Some Questions

What is the basis of an offer?

Our team considers several factors when pricing offers. These include, but are not limited to, brand, retail price, condition, time until expiration, and level of use.

The tentative prices would be reflected based on the information provided in the Seller Form, and the video uploaded. However, a revised tentative offer would be offered only after assessing the product received and comparing it with our internal assessment guidelines.



What happens to rejected items?

In case you send more than one product, and one or more products from the package do not qualify as per our criteria, your item(s) can be returned provided the cost of return shipping, and the handling fee is borne by you. In case you do not wish for the return of your product(s), we reserve the right to dispose of the product as per our criteria.



What brands do you accept?

As per our policy, THERE YOU GLOWW only facilitates resale of premium beauty products. We do not accept drugstore brands i.e., brands that are easily available at a low price. Please refer to the list below for some of the brands that we accept:

How to pack your product(s)


Use the box to Pack

Pack the product(s) in a box ensuring there is no extra room for movement of the product, which may lead to damage. This can be done by filling the remaining air space with bubble wrap, tissue paper, or any other lightweight packaging.

The safety of the product is the seller’s responsibility, and therefore, if the product gets damaged during shipping, THERE YOU GLOWW reserves the right to reject the product.



Wrap Individually

Items should be bubble wrapped individually. Do not insert bubble wrap inside palettes as this can cause indentations on the product or damage the hinges, thus lowering its value or risking rejection.

Shatter prone items should be individually bubble wrapped, for example, pressed powders, palettes, etc. Non-shatter prone items i.e., pencils, lipsticks, brushes, etc. can be consolidated and bubble wrapped as a group.



Use Tape Sparingly

Use minimal low-stick tape when wrapping the product(s). Do not use heavy duty tape inside the box or on the product(s) as it can cause damage.
