While packing your product, you must make sure that it is safely packed. Pack the product(s) in a box ensuring there is no extra room for movement of the product, which may lead to damage. This can be done by filling the remaining air space with bubble wrap, newspaper, or any other lightweight packaging.
You are responsible for the safety of the product, and therefore, if the product gets damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to reject the product.
Shatter prone items should be individually bubble wrapped (example: pressed powder). Non-shatter prone items, (i.e. pencils, lipsticks, brushes) can be consolidated and bubble wrapped as a group. Use minimal low-stick tape when wrapping the product(s). Do not use heavy duty tape inside the box or on the product(s) as it can cause damage.

In case you are sending more than one product, ensure that any product that is prone to spilling is packed securely, so that it does not damage other product(s). Any damage to the other product, internal or external, owing to improper packaging and spilling of a product in transit may render all such damaged products unacceptable, and the same may be recalled by the Gloffiliate at the cost of shipping and handling charges.
