All our products undergo a strict quality check process before leaving our warehouse. However, in the rare event that a product has been damaged during shipment or transit, or a wrong product has been shipped mistakenly, you may request for a replacement or return within 5 days from receipt of such order.
You may request return/replacement by visiting using our "Product Return Request" page in ‘Footer Navigation’ and select your choice.
You may also request return/replacement by emailing us at support@thereyougloww.com with your order details, reason for such request, and an image/video of the product for our reference.
After receiving your request, we will initiate pick up of the product from you and inspect it for its original packaging with seal, label and barcode. If all these are found intact, we will replace your product, or refund your amount within 3 working days.
Replacement of a product is subject to its availability. In case of non-availability of the product for replacement, we will refund you the full amount.
