The sterilisation technique and procedure undertaken by There You Gloww ensures that the products are safe to use. As a precaution, like with all beauty products whether new or preloved, we advise a patch test to ensure there are no ingredients that may cause an allergic reaction. In addition, we also recommend you go through the list of ingredients of the product(s) before your purchase.
Our preloved beauty products are sourced from our Gloffiliates. While we encourage all our visitors to become Gloffiliates, we ensure that a receipt or a legible batch code of the product(s) is provided by them to enable them to sell their products and become a Gloffiliate with us.

All our preloved products are double-checked for their condition and damage. We specifically look for noticeable scratches, dents or cracks in the product’s casing to determine its condition. Additionally, we ensure the authenticity and date of expiry by asking for a receipt or the batch code when the product is procured by us.
In the spirit of transparency, we list all the product information, such as period remaining till expiry, condition of the product on our website.
‘For Use’ refers to the quantity remaining of the product. We measure this by comparing the remaining amount to the original amount when the product was first sold.
We ensure that the sanitisation technique undertaken by our team to sterilise every product is dependent on the condition of each item. We use a combination of different techniques including but not limited to UV light, alcohols, and removal of the top layer to ensure that each product is fit for further use. The techniques have been lab-tested and approved to make these products safe for further use.
It is unlikely that a package would get lost during shipping, but in the unfortunate event it does, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the shipping agency concerned.
Please note we do not offer insurance against any package that has accurate tracking and shipping information.
